*Declutter services for NDIS Self or Plan Managed Participants* LolaHome Decluttering and Organising service is designed to provide compassionate and professional support to NDIS self or plan-managed participants, helping you create a more functional and accessible living environment. We understand the unique needs of individuals with disabilities and work collaboratively to achieve your personal goals. Key Features: • We develop a personalised plan in consultation with you, your family, or your support coordinator, ensuring the service aligns with your NDIS plan goals and specific needs. • Our service provides hands-on assistance with sorting belongings and making decisions, focusing on improving accessibility and managing your living space. This includes assistance in decluttering, reorganising, and finding a place for everything. • We work with you to create an efficient and accessible layout for your home, optimising the flow of your space and ensuring ease of movement. • We focus on building your skills and capacity for ongoing decluttering and organising, empowering you to maintain a tidy and functional home independently. • Our team provides respectful and patient support, understanding that this process can be challenging. We work at your pace to ensure a comfortable and positive experience. *We also offer deals for a structured Full-Home Organising Package* For a complete transformation, our Full-Home Declutter and Organising Package provides a comprehensive approach to decluttering and organising every area of your home. This service, which can be funded through relevant NDIS support categories, is designed to create a fully functional and accessible living environment from top to bottom.


Cancellation Policy

The below cancellation policy guides the services LolaHome provides to our Clients 1. Consultation and Booking • We offer a free initial consultation to understand your needs and assess the scope of the project. • A booking is confirmed once we receive the initial deposit (if applicable). ​ 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the scheduled service cost. • Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty. ​ 3. Payment Terms • A deposit of 20% is required upon booking confirmation. • The balance is due upon completion of services. • We accept payments via Credit card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Alipay. • Card Processing Fee on debit or credit payment - 1.75% + 30¢ per transaction except Alipay - 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction 4. Service & Extension • Service is charged at AUD $80 per hour • Travel charge is paid for distances above 30 mins (round trip). • Travel charge is calculated as $0.99 per km * kilometres travelled. • For out of state services, travel cost is fully covered by the client. • We will inform you in advance if more time is required.
